1. At the direction of the Commandant of the Coast Guard,
the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-mast
from 1600 until sunset on Monday, 6 July 2026 during the
memorial service for MCPOCG Franklin A. Welch, USCG (Retired).
2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
U.S. Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Admiral Kevin E. Lunday, Commandant, and MCPOCG Phillip
N. Waldron, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard, send.
4. Internet release is authorized.
