SUBJ: RESERVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ROADSHOW ASSIGNMENT
YEAR 2027 (AY27) SOLICITATION
1. The Reserve Personnel Management (RPM) Division is soliciting
units interested in receiving RPM's Assignments and Career
Development Presentation for Assignment Year 2027.
2. RPM-2 Assignment Officers are available to deliver virtual
presentations between 1 August 2026 through 31 October 2026.
Presentations conducted after 1 October 2026 may depend on
available funding.
3. Commands desiring a RPM presentation must submit an email request
with the subject line "AY27 Roadshow” to Mark.A.Bertolini2@uscg.mil.
Requests should include the following information:
   a. Command point of contact (POC).
   b. Names of units expected to attend (if submitting a
      consolidated request).
   c. Estimated number of participants.
   d. Preferred and alternate dates for presentation.
4. Presentations will cover a vast array of topics: Officer
and enlisted assignments, iPERMS record maintenance, transfer
requests, career progression, FLEXPAL update, Reasonable Commuting
Distance, and Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor requirements. The
presentations will cover information that benefits all Reserve personnel.
We encourage all interested commands to submit a request.
5. For units unable to host an onsite Roadshow presentation, RPM-2
can facilitate virtual presentations.
