SUBJ: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM FOR CG PSC-RPM-1
STATUS
1. This message announces the launch of the CG PSC-RPM-1 Status’
Online Submission form. Units shall utilize this form to submit
requests to CG PSC-RPM-1 for processing that would have previously
been submitted to the RPM-1 Status shared mailbox. This initiative
modernizes the processing of Reserve transactions managed by RPM-1
Status by automating workflows and streamlines internal routing with
the goal of reducing overall processing time.
2. Mandatory Use: Effective 18 May 2026, any request that is to sent
to CG PSC-RPM-1 Status for processing must be submitted via the
Online Submission Form located on RPM-1’s SharePoint site:
https://uscg.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/psc_spo/psc-rpm/RPM1/SitePages/
RPM-1-Reserve-Component-Category-Management-Branch.aspx.
3. Submissions received on or after 18 May 2026 sent via email will
be returned without action. Retirees who no longer have CAC access
to the SharePoint environment may continue to submit requests via
email to HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-1-Status@uscg.mil.
