I. The Commandant's and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard's
   Guidance to AY26 Enlisted Selection Boards and Panels
1. The 2025 R-SCAP, previously announced in references (A) and (B) and
rescheduled in references (D) and (E), is postponed to the week of 2-6 March
2026, or as soon thereafter as practicable, due to the potential lapse in
appropriations and intermittent reliability of the personnel records system.
2. The policies and guidance outlined in references (A) through (I), including
the panel eligibility date of 1 July 2025, remain in effect.
3. Any CPO who believes they are eligible to be considered by this Panel and
whose name was not listed in reference (D) should contact the RPM-1 Boards
and Panels staff immediately at the following email address:
