1. The 2025 R-SCAP, previously announced in references (A) and (B) and
rescheduled in reference (D), is postponed to the week of 2-6 February 2026,
or as soon thereafter as practicable, due to inclement weather in the
National Capital Region.
2. The policies and guidance outlined in references (A) through (H), including
the panel eligibility date of 1 July 2025, remain in effect.
3. Any CPO who believes they are eligible to be considered by this Panel and
whose name was not listed in reference (D) should contact the RPM-1 Boards
and Panels staff immediately at the following email address:
