SUBJ: PY26 RCM LIEUTENANT SELECTION BOARD RESULTS
1. The Secretary, acting for the President, has approved the report of the
Reserve Component Manager (RCM) Lieutenant Selection Board which convened on
15 September 2025, that recommended the following named officers for promotion
to the grade of lieutenant. Officers selected are listed below in precedence
order:
