SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST 5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States and
IAW REF (A), the National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast
beginning immediately until sunset this evening Thursday,
December 4, 2025 to honor the memory of
Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, West Virginia Army National Guard.
2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
U.S. Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
