SUBJ: DIRECT ACCESS (DA) SYSTEM USABILITY QUESTIONNAIRE -
YOUR CHANCE TO TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH DA
1. The Office of C5I Capabilities (CG-761) is conducting a
questionnaire to support the Direct Access Operational
Analysis (OA). Your participation is essential to ensure an accurate
and comprehensive assessment of the system. All personnel, including
active duty, reserve, retirees, and civilians, are encouraged to
complete this short questionnaire, which focuses on user experience
and system functionality.
2. Background. The purpose of this Operational Analysis (OA) is to
evaluate and enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall
functionality of the Direct Access system. The analysis seeks to
identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure the
system meets operational needs and user requirements. By collecting
feedback and insights from stakeholders, this effort will guide
decision-making, optimize system performance, and support
mission-critical operations.
3. Actions. Active duty, reserve, retirees, and civilian members
are requested to take the following actions:
     a. Complete the Questionnaire. All personnel are requested to
complete the questionnaire by October 31, 2025. Responses are
anonymous and providing contact information is optional. The

     b. Disseminate. Please help distribute the questionnaire broadly,
particularly to retirees and reserve members who may not frequently
access the system.
