Coast Guard scheduled to set temporary waterway restrictions during America’s River Roots Festival

NEW ORLEANS – The Coast Guard is scheduled to establish the following temporary waterway restrictions on the Ohio River in Cincinnati from Wednesday to Sunday during the America’s River Roots Festival.
