SUBJ: PY26 SEPTEMBER RCM LIEUTENANT (JUNIOR GRADE) SELECTION BOARD CANCELLATION
A. PY26 Schedule of Officer Personnel Boards and Panels, PSCNOTE 1401
1. The PY26 September Reserve Component Manager (RCM) Lieutenant (Junior Grade)
Selection Board scheduled to convene on 15 September 2025, as announced in
reference (A), is hereby cancelled.
2. There are currently no ensigns serving on active duty as RCMs eligible
to be in-zone for selection. If an officer has reason to believe they, or
one of the members under their command, are eligible to be considered for
promotion by this board, contact CG PSC-RPM-1 immediately at the following
email address: HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-BoardsPanels@uscg.mil.
