1. The PY26 September ROASP scheduled to convene on 15 September 2025, as
announced in references (A) through (C), is hereby cancelled. CG PSC-RPM-1 did not
receive any application packages for the September 2025 ROASP.
2. Officers with Reserve commissions in the grade of commander and below who
have been non-selected one or more times on the Active Duty Promotion List
(ADPL) or Reserve Component Manager (RCM) promotion list to the next higher
grade and are scheduled for release from active duty may apply to a future
ROASP for consideration. The schedule for all Reserve Boards and Panels may
be found in reference (A) as well as at the following SharePoint site:
