SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST 5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States, as a mark of
respect for the memory of Charlie Kirk, the National Ensign shall
be flown at half-mast beginning immediately until sunset
Sunday, September 14.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
