1. REFs (A) and (B) direct Commanding Officers, Officers in Charge,
Supervisors, and Managers to ensure that their workplaces comply
with Equal Employment Opportunity/Equal Opportunity (EEO/EO)
regulations, policies, and procedures.
2. In 2025, the Civil Rights Directorate (CG-00H) paused several
programs referred to in REFs (A) and (B) to ensure compliance with
Executive Orders as issued by the President of the United States.
As a result, many items on the Civil Rights Command Checklist are
not applicable this year.
3. Units are not responsible for completing a checklist for FY25.
4. CG-00H is evaluating, updating, and modifying the checklist to
align it with the Executive Orders and Coast Guard priorities as
further laid out in Force Design 2028.
