On July 16, 2025, between the hours of 0700 and 1700, the West 3rd Street Bridge at Mile 3.69, over the Cuyahoga River will require a 1-hour advance notice for openings while inspectors use a snooper truck under the bridge. Spotters will warn of vessels passing under the bridge and move the manlift as needed.
