SUBJ: RESERVE COMPONENT MANAGER (RCM) ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2026 (AY26)-
PRELIMINARY SHOPPING LIST RELEASE AND COMMAND CONCERNS
A. ALCGRSV 023/25, AY26 RCM OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS KICK OFF TIMELINES,
COMMUNICATIONS, AND OUTREACH
1. The RCM AY26 Officer Assignment season is underway. This message
describes issues of interest and details critical to AY26 command
requirements. While this information is primarily of
interest to command cadre, it also includes important information
for the RCM corps, their supervisors, and supplements the
information contained in REF A.
2. The preliminary RCM (O-6 and below) AY26 shopping list is available via
(copy & paste onto browser): https://uscg.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/psc_spo/

3. All RCM-coded positions detailed with the
positions anticipated to rotate in AY26 are listed.
4. Validation: Unit commanders must verify the accuracy and
status of each RCM position on their PAL as reflected in Direct
Access (DA), along with anticipated vacancies. The Command Concerns (COMCON)
link is located on the PSC-RPM-2 SharePoint denoted in paragraph 2. Select
the "Command Concerns" link and follow the instructions on the Power BI.
Submit discrepancies or comments to the Command Concerns Inbox at
COMDT-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-COMCON@USCG.MIL via Command Concerns by 14 Jul 25.
5. The only acceptable format for RCM AY26 Command Concerns will be
via email. Memorandums or other means of communication will not be
accepted.
6. Reminder, Command Concerns submitted to PSC-RPM, represents
the concerns and interests of the respective Commanding Officers,
Chiefs of Staff, and/or Heads of Directorates.
7. RCMs anticipating an AY26 assignment rotation are encouraged to
pay close attention to update messages throughout the assignment season.
