Coast Guard extends Base Seattle Modernization Record of Decision issuance date

SEATTLE – The Coast Guard has extended the timeline to finalize the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Base Seattle modernization project from April 30, 2025, until October 31, 2025.
