SUBJ: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) RECONCILIATION OF COAST GUARD
PROPERTY ACTION ORDER
A. COMDT COGARD WASHINGTON DC 031323Z APR 25/ALCOAST 160/25
1. IAW REF (A), CG Units will conduct a reconciliation of
Coast Guard property assets with a net book value of $200,000.00
and greater between 01 MAY - 15 MAY 2025.
2. The preparation phase is nearing completion and units must
be ready to commence CFO Reconciliation of Coast Guard Property.
The Count Phase shall commence no earlier than 01 MAY 2025.
Selected units have been notified by the Financial Service Center
Property Management Team of their required participation in the
inventory reconciliation. Each unit shall submit all certified
reconciliation packages NLT COB 15 MAY 2025.
