1. This ALCOAST extends REF (A). REF (A) contains updates to
REF (B), including: elimination of the requirement for critically
trained reserve officers to integrate after being selected by an
Active Duty Promotion List (ADPL) best qualified promotion board and
policy regarding Critically Trained Officers (CTOs) and temporary
promotions.
2. These changes will be reflected in an upcoming revision of
REF (B) which will be released within the next year. All other
policies outlined in REF (B) not addressed remain unchanged.
3. This message will be cancelled on 04 MAR 2026.
