1. This ALCOAST repromulgates the policy changes in REF (A)
without additional changes.
2. REF (A) promulgated new policy regarding the composition
of medical boards, the standard of proof required of a board
finding, and the means through which they may meet.
3. For ease of access, the References are available via the
Directives and Publications Library at:
