1. In accordance with REFs (A) and (B), the United States
Coast Guard (USCG) is pausing all Special Emphasis Programs
(SEPs) and SEP activities as defined in REF (C) to carefully
review the curriculum and activities associated with SEPs to
ensure alignment with Presidential Directives. During this pause,
all SEP coordinators and any personnel involved in planning and
executing SEP-related activities must suspend their efforts
until further notice.
2. USCG SEPs include:
    a. Federal Women's Program
    b. Hispanic Employment Program
    c. Persons with Disabilities Program
    d. Asian American and Pacific Islander Program
    e. Native American/Alaskan Native Program
    f. Black/African American Program
