SUBJ: SCHEDULE UPDATE - PROMOTION SELECTION BOARD EXCLUSION PANELS

B. PY25 Schedule of Officer Personnel Boards and Panels, CG PSCNOTE 1401
1. In accordance with REF A, the Promotion Selection Board Exclusion
Panels enable ADPL and IDPL officers in specific paygrades who were
potentially in-zone to "Opt-Out" of promotion year 2026 selection board
consideration.
2. In accordance with REF B, the ADPL and IDPL panels were scheduled to
convene on 5-6 November and 22 November, respectively. The panels will now
take place during the dates of 22-24 January 2025.
3. Additional information on the ADPL and IDPL Opt-Out panels will be
released under ALCGOFF and ALCGRSV messages, respectively. Questions
