SUBJ: RESULTS OF THE PY25 RESERVE COMPONENT MANAGER (RCM) SELECTION AND
PERMANENCY BOARDS AND PY24 RCM LTJG SELECTION BOARD

1. This message announces the results of the PY25 RCM Selection and Permanency
Boards, along with the PY24 RCM Lieutenant (junior grade) Selection Board, that
were previously announced in REF A.
2. The Secretary, acting for the President, has approved the report of the
Selection Boards, convened on 13 August 2024, which recommended the
following officers serving as RCMs for promotion to the next higher grade.

are provided below. There are many variables (e.g., changes in performance,
group size, approved voluntary separations, etc.) that may cause fluctuation
within selection rates each promotion year among groups. Documented,
sustained, high performance is the best way to remain competitive for
promotion.
