1. This message announces an update for eligible candidates to screen
for the following command as announced in REF A:

A. O5 Command:
   CO PSU 301/00045215
2. Key dates and information:
A. 10 October 2024: Direct Access (DA) application.
B. 10 October 2024: Waiver requests due to PSC-RPM.
C. 03 November 2024: Last day to submit communications to the panel.
D. 18 November 2024: Panel convenes.
3. All other provisions and guidance previously announced in REF A
remains the same.
