SUBJ: RESERVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ROADSHOW ASSIGNMENT
YEAR 2025 (AY25) SOLICITATION
1. The Reserve Personnel Management (RPM) Division is soliciting
units interested in receiving RPM's Assignments and Career
Development Presentation for Assignment Year 2025.
2. RPM-2 will perform in-person and virtual roadshows in AY25 between
01 September 2024 through 01 February 2025.
3. Presentations are meant for all reserve personnel. They provide an
opportunity to gain insight into the assignment, promotion, advanced
education, command screening, and officer evaluation processes.
Presentations may incorporate mock boards if requested and are
subject to RPM-1 staff availability.
4. Commands desiring a presentation must submit an email request with
subject line "AY25 ROADSHOW REQUEST" to Marvi.M.Rivera@uscg.mil no
later than 01 November 2024. Requests should include the following
information:
   a. Command point of contact (POC).
   b. Names of units expected to attend.
   c. Estimated number of participants.
   d. Preferred and alternate dates for presentation.
