1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following ETC position:

2. IAW reference (B), Phase 1 candidates are defined as members who are
below the currently published cut line within their stratified list on the current,
active advancement eligibility list.
3. This position requires pipeline training. The member selected for this opportunity
should expect to PCS to North Charleston, SC to begin pipeline training for up to one year.
Report date OOA 01 SEP 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit a PCS eResume in Direct Access NLT COB 12 JUL 2024.
5. A2P may be used to fill this position if a candidate meets the criteria
in Ref (B). If a qualified member is selected, the member will advance to the
next higher pay grade IAW Ref (B) if all other advancement requirements
are met and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
6. Members applying for this A2P solicitation shall notify their command or
the first E-7 in their chain of command of their intention to compete for this
assignment prior to the e-Resume submission deadline listed in paragraph 4.
7. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s,
awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF by logging onto
iPERMS:https://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If updates to the OMPF are needed,
members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office. Members are also
encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI.
