SUBJ: 2024 OPM FEDERAL EMPLOYEE VIEWPOINT SURVEY (FEVS)
1. On 21 May 2024, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
released the 2024 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) to
all eligible Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees.
We encourage every eligible Coast Guard civilian employee that
receives the 2024 FEVS link to provide us with your valuable
feedback so that we can continue to make the Coast Guard a better
place to work.
2. The survey closes on 5 July 2024. If you receive the survey
invitation, please participate as your feedback is critical in
planning and execution of work life balance programs, training
opportunities, and retention of the workforce.
