HONOLULU — The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Waesche (WMSL 751) held a change of command ceremony, Monday, on Coast Guard Base Honolulu.

Robert Mohr (right) salute each another during the Coast Guard Cutter Waesche’s (WMSL 751) change of command ceremony aboard the cutter while moored at Base Honolulu, May 20, 2024. The change of command ceremony is a time-honored tradition representing the formal transfer of authority, responsibility, and accountability for a unit from one commanding officer to another.
