SUBJ: COAST GUARD SKILLSOFT SKILLPORT TRANSITION TO SKILLSOFT
PERCIPIO
1. Coast Guard employees will soon have access to the new version
of Skillsoft called Percipio on 22 JAN 2024. The transition from
Skillsoft Skillport to Skillsoft Percipio is an important step in
enhancing our services learning capabilities and providing a more
interactive experience for professional development for all Coast
Guard personnel
2. Percipio is a immersive learning platform designed to help
Coast Guard team members to identify and measure skill proficiencies
to ensure they stay relevant. The platform makes learning
personalized and accessible, offering a blend of self-paced online
courses, books and audio books, hands-on practice and virtual live
online bootcamps to close skill gaps. Employees can engage in
customer learning paths and Artificial Intelligence features that
can curate content from all sources.
3. Actions:
    a. Skillsoft Skillport will be retired on 12 JAN 2024. All
Skillsoft Skillport users should complete learning programs
by 12 JAN 2024.
    b. Skillsoft Skillport training records will not transfer to
Percipio. Users should download and save their learning transcripts
from Skillsoft before 12 JAN 2024 to preserve their learning
history.

5. Accessing Percipio:
    a. Starting 22 JAN 2024, Coast Guard personnel can access
Percipio by visiting uscg.percipio.com.
    b. Log in is enabled through Single Sign-On (SSO) with a Common
Access Card (CAC)
    c. Training resources for navigating and utilizing Percipio will
be made available at the following webpage on 22 JAN 2024.

6. Skillsoft Percipio does not replace the Coast Guard's Learning
Management System (LMS) and all mandated training requirements shall
be fulfilled through the Coast Guard LMS.
