1. The Coast Guard has the unique opportunity to select one high
performing female Captain (O6) to participate in the Halifax
Security Forum (HFX) hosted Peace With Women Fellowship program.
2. Established in 2017, the Peace With Women Fellowship connects
senior female military officers from NATO member and partner

selectee will have the opportunity to engage with senior government,
military, corporate, and academic leaders to discuss and better
understand the world's leading security issues, ultimately providing
an opportunity for participants to develop and propose innovative
solutions to their home countries. The Fellowship concludes with all

other senior governmental/military officials from the United States.
The Peace With Women Fellowship continues to grow and has included
participants from 20 different countries.
