lieu of orders (RILO). Members listed in paragraph two above have five business
days from the DTG of this message to submit a memo to CG PSC-EPM requesting to
retire in lieu of assignment as RFMC.

5. The precept which convened this Panel and charged the Panel members with
their duties is available at https://uscg.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/psc_spo/psc-
epm/epm-1/Boards%20and%20Panels. The proceedings of the Screening Panel,
including its deliberations and criteria for selection cannot be disclosed to
any person who was not a member of the Panel. However, Panel members have
valuable information that can be shared regarding the general selection process
and its fairness and equity.
