1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following Information
Systems Technician E-7 position:

2. IAW Ref (B), Phase 1 Candidates are defined as members who are below
the currently published cut line with their stratified list on the
current, active advancement eligibility list.
3. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS eResume in Direct Access (DA)
NLT COB 08 JAN 2024. Reminder: Please plan accordingly for the scheduled
DA outage from 20 DEC 2023 to 02 JAN 2024.
5. Candidates must meet the criteria in Ref (B) to apply. If a qualified
member is selected, the member will advance IAW Ref (B), if all other advancement
requirements are met and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military Personnel
File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards,
academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF by logging onto iPERMS:
https://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If updates to the OMPF are
needed, members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office.
7. Commands shall address any backfill requirements and specify a required
reporting date. Commands should be advised that immediate backfills are not
always available and requirements for one will be factored into candidate
selection.
