1. In accordance with Refs A and B, the Dental Advanced Education Panel convened
on 06 December 2023 for the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry Dual
Hygiene/Dental Therapy and Pensacola State College Dental Hygiene Programs. The
following members are selected for advanced training:

2. Members must be in compliance with Ref C prior to and during the entire
period of training to remain eligible for the program.
3. The actual date of assignment will be coordinated between the member, Program
Manager, and applicable Assignment Officer during the AY24 assignment season.
The primary candidates selected will receive a program acceptance memo within
two weeks from the date of this message.
4. Members who attend a fully funded advanced education program will incur
a minimum active duty obligation of three months for each month of education
for the first year and one month for each month thereafter. Obligated
service begins upon completion of advanced training.

6. Although the proceedings of the Panel, including its deliberations
and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a

shared regarding the general selection process and its fairness and equity.
