SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN - 07 DEC 2023
A. United States Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States, and IAW
REF (A), the National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast from
sunrise until sunset on Thursday, 07 December 2023, in honor of
National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all Coast
Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
