1. This SITREP provides updated information for BMs advancing or transferring
in AY24.
2. Updates to the BM AY24 Timeline:
a. 06 NOV 2023: All eResumes due in Direct Access for:
1) OIC
2) All Senior BM (E-8/E-9)
3) All PATFORSWA Personnel Departing in Winter 2023, Spring and
Summer 2024 Rotations.
4) XPO
Note: E-7 and below members desiring to compete for OIC positions should only
include OIC positions on their eResume.
You will be notified by the AO if you do not earn an OIC position and will
have an opportunity to re-submit for XPO positions.
b. OOA 11 DEC 2023: OIC and Senior BM (E-8/E-9) slate released.
b. OOA 15 DEC 2023: OIC and Senior BM (E-8/E-9) orders issued.
c. OOA 08 JAN 2024: XPO Slate released.
d. OOA 12 JAN 2024: XPO orders issued.
d. 12 JAN 2024: General Duty eResume deadline.
e. 31 MAR 2024: All AY24 orders issued.
