1. The Secretary, acting for the President, has approved the report of the
Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL) Commander Selection Board which convened on
24 July 2023, that recommended the following named officers for promotion to the
grade of Commander. Officers selected are listed below in IDPL precedence order.
