the report of the Rating Force Master Chief (RFMC) Screening Panel convened on
23 August 2023.

retire in lieu of assignment as RFMC.

6. The precept which convened this Panel and charged the Panel members with
their duties is available at

The proceedings of the Screening Panel, including its deliberations and criteria
for selection cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a member of the Panel.
However, Panel members have valuable information that can be shared regarding the
general selection process and its fairness and equity.
