1. Pursuant to the authority of 14 U.S.C. Section 3740, and subject,
to the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of
the President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 11 Jul 2023 recommending an officer on
the Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL) for promotion to the grade
