1. In accordance with references (A) and (B), this message solicits Senior
Chief Petty Officers (E-7's above the cut for E-8 prior to the Panel convening
may apply) to attend the U.S. Army Sergeant Major's Academy.
Leaders are strongly encouraged to engage potential candidates regarding
this outstanding opportunity for motivated members. Members who complete
this rigorous 10-month program earn a minimum of 25 credits at the
upper and lower collegiate level as well as establish a strong
foundation for pursuing future selection and assignment to the
Command Senior Enlisted Leader program. This is a unique joint
opportunity that will provide the skillsets, experiences, and knowledge
that are expected of our leaders competing for elevated assignments.

as prior USASMA graduates.
3. Minimum Eligibility Requirements are listed in the USASMA program specific
information sheet located on the CG-1D2 website. Members must be tour complete
in 2024 or 2025 to apply.
