1. Pursuant to the authority of 14 U.S.C. § 2121 and subject to the
advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of the
President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 12 Jul 2023 recommending officers on
the active duty promotion list (ADPL) for promotion to the grade
