1. This ALCOAST announces the promulgation of REF (A) and the
cancellation of REF (B).
2. Major changes incorporated into this version include updates to:
    a. Training/Pay Categories (TRAPAY CATS);
    b. Readiness Management Period (RMP) policy;
    c. Orders for Article 32 investigations;
    d. Waiver requests for performance of Inactive Duty Training
(IDT) to be performed outside the United States and its territories
and possessions;
    e. Active Duty for Training Annual Training (ADT-AT) waivers for
qualifying birth events by a Reserve military mother; and
    f. Berthing while drilling on inactive duty for points only.
3. No paper distribution will be made of REF (A), but it is
