SUBJ: OFF-SEASON CAPT SOLICITATION FOR COMMANDANT (CG-133) 

 

1. An off-season CAPT assignment solicitation exists for a Captain or Captain (select) to serve as the COMMANDANT (CG-133) Anti-Harassment Program Office (AHPO) Chief, position number 00012087. The expected report date is 01 SEP 2023.   Applicants for this position may request a remote work agreement per COMDTINST 5330.11. (REMOTE WORK PROGRAM, COMDTINST 5330.11 (sharepoint-mil.us)).  CG-1 is the approval authority for remote work agreements for this billet. 

 

2. Interested Captains and Captains (select) should apply via e-mail to Captain Dougan and Captain Snaith by COB 21 Jun 2023. Requests for consideration must include a flag endorsement (via email) from the first flag in the applicant's chain of command addressing backfill requirements and the acceptability of a potential gap. Those officers assigned during the AY2023 Captain Assignment Panel must receive a flag endorsement from the first flag in the position the applicant is assigned into for AY2023, addressing backfill requirements and the acceptability of a gap. Those Captains and Captains (select) who were not in play for AY2023, but interested in this position, are eligible to apply.
