1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill general duty E6
positions under the AY23 A2P Beta Test per ref (b). The list of
positions is on the BM Assignment Officers' Teams Page and
Sharepoint site.

3. Expanded Candidate Pool Eligibility:
a. CG-PSC-EPM is expanding the potential candidate pool to include
members not on the 2022 Advancement Eligibility List but who remain
eligible to advance to the next higher paygrade. Eligible members
are those who are marked "Ready" and have satisfactory conduct on
their most recent Enlisted Employee Review and meet all Time in
Grade and Time in Service requirements for advancement by
01 December 2023.
b. If a member on the 2022 Advancement Eligibility List applies for
an A2P position after the candidate pool is expanded to include
members not on an Advancement Eligibility List, members who competed
for advancement will be given priority in the assignment
determination over those who did not compete for advancement.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS E-Resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 23 APR 23. A Direct Access command endorsement is
required if applying for positions that require an endorsement per
ref (A).
5. Candidates must meet the criteria in ref (B) to apply. If a
qualified E-5 is selected, the member will advance to E-6 on the
December 2023 EPAA, if all other advancement requirements are met
and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF
by logging onto iPERMS: https://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/.
If updates to the OMPF are needed, members can work with their local
Personnel & Admin office. Members are also encouraged to review their
ESS in CGBI.
7. Commands are reminded A2P is being used in lieu of the third SWE
revision.
