The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port New Orleans will enforce a safety zone on the Lower Mississippi River between Mile Marker 93.5 and Mile Marker 95.0 above Head of Passes from 19:30 p.m. on April 13, 2023 through 20:45 p.m. on April 13, 2023. All vessels are prohibited from entering the safety zone unless they have been granted permission by the Captain of the Port New Orleans or designated representative. The designated representative for this safety zone is Coast Guard Cutter MORAY who will be monitoring VHF Channels 12/16/67.
