All Hands Briefer (March 13, 2023) - Plank Owner edition!

united states coast guard

Happy Monday, Team Coast Guard!

We're going to brag for just a moment. One more "click," and we'll reach 4,000 subscribers! This is a milestone in the Coast Guard's efforts to communicate better with our workforce and families. The All Hands Briefer launched in 2017, to aggregate all service-wide news into one place. Initially it went to just a small handful of senior leaders. As the "please add me's" started pouring in, we expanded the distro list. When the pandemic turned internal news into a must-have, we opened the AHB up to anyone via subscription. It was the right decision. Coast Guard members WANT to stay well-informed, and will gladly seek out the news if we make it easy for them to do so.

The AHB is now 3,999 Plank Owners strong. Will you be #4K? You can click here to subscribe.

If you've got news to share, or a suggestion to improve internal comms? E-mail the writing team at MyCG@uscg.mil.

With gratitude,
Coast Guard Office of Public Affairs
