1. COMDT (CG-1) has approved the report of the RCM Designation Board, which
convened on 24 October 2022.
2. The following officers are recommended for designation as provisional RCMs.

3. Upon acceptance, all CWOs will be appointed under the authority of
reference (a) as temporary Reserve Lieutenants with RCM designation.
To accomplish this, Regular CWO selectees will first be required to accept
an appointment to a Reserve Warrant Officer grade under reference (b).
4. Selectees will be contacted by CG PSC-RPM-2, LCDR Cecilia R. Williams,
to coordinate provisional RCM Designation and assignment opportunities.
5. Selectees who do not desire RCM Designation must notify LCDR Cecilia R.
Williams at Cecilia.R.Williams@uscg.mil NLT 27 January 2023.
6. For the information of selected members P&A and SPO:
No RELAD/Separation actions shall be taken without RPM-3’s direction.
RPM-3 will reach out to each selected member’s SPO to provide specific direction
on how to process each member. For questions regarding the Direct Access
processing of a selected member contact YNCS Jade M. Pata at Jade.M.Pata@uscg.mil.
