Retiree & Annuitant Mailing Addresses and State Tax Designations

USCG-USPHS-NOAA Retirees & Annuitants: For those who have relocated subsequent to receipt of 2021 end of year tax documents (1099-R, 1095-B Health Coverage), the CG Pay & Personnel Center, Retiree & Annuitant Services (PPC-RAS) asks that you ensure your current mailing address and state tax designation is updated in CG Direct Access (DA).   This to ensure accuracy and timely mailing of your 2022 end of year tax documents.  For those with internet access, you can do this and other self-service functions through your CG DA Self-Service account - as depicted below.  Those without internet access or needing additional assistance may contact PPC Customer Care at 866-772-8724.

·        View and Download Pay Slips and 1099Rs

·        View Final Pay Beneficiaries
