SUBJ: ENLISTED CAREER ADVISORY BRANCH (EPM-4) FULL OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY
1. The Coast Guard’s Enlisted Career Advisory Branch (EPM-4) will begin
offering year-round career advisory sessions to the Active Duty enlisted
workforce starting today.
2. All Active Duty enlisted members are encouraged to utilize these services
to help navigate their professional and personal goals. These advisory
sessions will be tailored to meet individual career progression and growth.
Discussion topics can include, but are not limited to: advancements,
assignments, career intentions, goals, Official Military Personnel File
(OMPF) maintenance, advanced education/credentialing, special assignments,
temporary separation, unique Coast Guard programs and much more.
