AS USCG CHIEF PROSECUTOR
1. Pursuant to the authority of 14 U.S.C. Section 2106 and subject
to the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf
of the President of the United States, has approved the report of
the selection board convened on 29 AUG 2022 recommending an officer
on the active duty promotion list (ADPL) for promotion to the grade
of Rear Admiral (lower half) for assignment as the U.S. Coast
Guard's Chief Prosecutor.
