1. IAW Refs A through C, the Officer in Charge (OIC) Screening Panel convened
25 July 2022. Those members who did not screen successfully have been notified.
All other candidates screened successfully in the areas that they hold certifications
and will be considered for OIC positions during the AY23 assignment season.
The list of candidates who screened successfully, broken down by mission-set,
can be viewed at http://cglink.uscg.mil/BM_Portal.
2. Successful screening does not guarantee assignment as an OIC. OIC candidates
must remain eligible throughout the assignment process to be considered for assignment.
3. Members who have successfully screened are expected to submit an OIC
E-Resume NLT 14 OCT 2022. Command endorsements are not required for OIC
E-Resumes because they were required for screening. Command endorsements
sent with OIC E-Resumes will not be considered. However, overseas
endorsements are still required.
