SUBJ: CRITICAL FILL SOLICITATION - HS2 USCGC WALNUT
A. Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8A
1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following IDHS vacancy:

HS2 00039727 USCGC WALNUT PENSACOLA FL.
2. Selected member will have a report date of OOA 01 OCT 2022. If the
member selected does not have the IDHS competency they will need to
attend the next available IDHS class.
3. Interested candidates should submit an e-Resume with a command
endorsement IAW reference (A), including backfill requirements NLT
15 JULY 2022.
4. Members and Commands should review Chapter 1.C.16 of Reference (A)
for assignment criteria for Independent Duty positions.
5. If there are no volunteers, all HS2s in paygrade mismatched positions
and HS3s above the cut for HS2 will be considered.
6. As a reminder candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete
and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic
transcripts). Members can request a copy of their official record
by submitting a signed CG memo via e-mail to
ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil.
Members are also encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS
provides a consolidated view of their information as it appears in
Direct Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member
to review their personal data and to ensure the information in
Direct Access is up to date and accurate.
